Thanks to our partnership with ArtLink, Park Central will be a thriving hub for the arts. Performing arts and concerts will be scheduled on a regular basis for the project’s Pavilion space, and ArtLink is curating a gallery with rotating exhibits. And, check out some of the incredible public art featured throughout the property.

Exercise and Play

Park Central is designed to be walkable and bike-friendly and frequently hosts public bike events. Additionally, the property features a splash pad in the center of the project for public use, and several putting greens have been installed throughout the property.

Study and Learn

Park Central is home to the Creighton University Health Sciences Campus, a 180,000 square foot building used by more than 800 medical and nursing students, as well as the University of Jamestown and Alliant International University campuses.

Stay the Night

There are a number of great hotels in close proximity to Park Central. And, two brand-new, dual-branded hotels - Home2 Suites/Tru by Hilton - are opening in 2024 with 270 hotel rooms, a rooftop pool, a mini marketplace, and other amenities, making Park Central the city's premier destination to work, play, and stay.
