Notice is hereby given that HPPC, LLC, as Garage Asset Manager (\”GAM\”) for a 2,001 space parking structure (the \”Garage\”) owned by the Park Central Community Facilities District (the \”District\”), is issuing a Request for Proposals (\”RFP\”) seeking an experienced parking garage operator from qualified operators interested in providing management of the Garage.
